Astrid Dyson brings 12 years of experience in entrepreneurship. She believes strongly in the power of networking and inclusivity. With women still facing additional challenges to break into boardrooms and leadership roles, Astrid Dyson emphasizes the importance of women supporting one another—lifting each other up, advocating for one another, and opening doors wherever possible.

The Female Nordics Business Network was founded by Dyson in late 2024. Her experience in relocating to a different city made her realauze the important if networking and women opening doors for each other. Known for her talent in connecting people, Dyson aims to use her skills in storytelling and networking to build a female-driven community. She envisions a world where more women step up to take their rightful place in leadership roles, boardrooms, startup ecosystems, and as voices in the media.

Launching in January 2025, the network is dedicated to empowering women to lead, grow, and make an impact.
